Directions
We add the dry yeast to lukewarm milk and we mix. We add all the ingredients in a mixer except butter and beat with the hook attachment at medium speed, until we get a tight dough. We add the butter and we continue beating until we get an elastic dough. We let the dough rest in a bowl for about an hour. We cut into pieces and we knead. We let them rest in a warm place. We spread with an egg yolk and then we bake on a preheated oven at 180 C for about 20-30 minutes.
