Directions
We boil our honey and we let it cool. In the mixer with the paddle attachment, we mix sugar with butter until it whitens and then we add the eggs. In the end, we add milk and we lower the speed. We add all of our flours with baking powder and our spices. When they are homogenized we add the honey. In a 18x8x8 cake form, we add flour and butter and we add the mixture. In a preheated oven we bake at 1750C for about 45-50 minutes.

- 375 gr MILLS OF CRETE Hard flour
- 125 gr MILLS OF CRETE Rye flour
- 300 gr boiled honey
- 2 eggs
- 125 gr brown sugar
- 175 ml Vero Cretan goat milk
- 100 gr soft butter
- 38 gr baking powder
- Spices mix (6 γρ. cinammon powder, ginger powder, 3 γρ. coriander powder, 3 γρ. cloves powder)
