The Bun Flour is a mix of hard flour, enhanced and especially designed for the preparation of homemade bun dough. It creates elastic and fluffy dough, easy to molding. It results to finished products with excellent taste. Ideal for sweet breads such as bun, panettone, brioches, croissants, donuts, etc.
INGREDIENTS: SOFT WHEAT FLOUR, GLUTEN, E472E, E481, ASCORBIC ACID.
Contains gluten. May contain traces of milk, egg, lupine and soy.
