It results to finished products with excellent taste. Ideal for sweet breads such as bun, panettone, brioches, croissants, donuts, etc.

 

INGREDIENTS: SOFT WHEAT FLOUR, GLUTEN, E472E, E481, ASCORBIC ACID.

Contains gluten. May contain traces of milk, egg, lupine and soy.
