Directions
We place all the ingredients in a bowl and at the end, we pour the water, we mix well and let it rest in a warm place for at least an hour. Place the cooking pot over high heat and add olive oil. We cut a piece of the dough, pull it slightly with our hands, and open it so that it takes an oval shape. We place the dough into the pot and turn it with a tong so to be cooked on both sides. Place the pies on a plate first with a paper towel to absorb the oil, serve on another plate, and spread with carob honey, cracked walnuts, and pomegranate.
