Directions

To make the filling, in a large round shape put the butter and sugar in the oven, to melt for a while. Cut apple slices (1-1.5 cm thick), and put them on the baking pan and sprinkle them with cinnamon, whipping nuts into large pieces. For the base, first, beat the eggs with the sugar and then mix the flour with the baking powder and vanilla and then add the eggs. When the mixture is homogenized, add it over the apples. Bake in medium heat for about 45 minutes. Turn over on a plate and leave a few hours before serving so that the base will absorb the liquids.
