Directions
For the filling, mix all the ingredients together until they homogenize. For the dough, mix all the ingredients and let the dough rest for 30 minutes to an hour. Divide the dough into 15 pieces, turn them into balls and leave them for 20 minutes. Open them on an oiled surface, add the filling, wrap them, pass them through the bread crumbs, place them in the pan and bake at 170C for 20-25 minutes.

- 8 gr dry yeast
