Directions

In a pot pan put the butter, water, milk, sugar, and salt and we let them boil. Add the flour and mix for two minutes. Transfer the dough to the mixer and beat it until it is completely cool. Finally, add the eggs one by one and beat them until homogenized, we put the dough in confectionery cones and we put it in the fridge for half an hour. Fry in sunflower oil. Put the chocolate, milk, and salt in a bowl and melt them in the bowl. Stir well and add if it needs hot water until you get the texture you want. Beat the fruit in the blender, put them in a pot pan, add cognac and sugar and boil on low heat.

  • 50 gr butter
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 15 gr sugar

  • FOR CHOCOLATE SOUP

  • 200 gr milk chocolate
  • 100 gr couverture chocolate
  • 200 ml Vero Cretan Goat milk
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • FOR COULIS

  • 300 gr mix of red fruits
  • 80 gr sugar
  • 30 gr cognac
