Directions

In the frying pan, we saute the leeks with olive oil and garlic until they become soft and sweet. We add salt and pepper and we let them cool. We prepare the mixture by mixing the flours with the baking powder, the eggs, the olive oil, and as much water as it needs for a thick porridge. We add the cheeses and the leeks, we mix gently and we put the mixture in a cake pan. We bake for 1 hour and 10 minutes at  180 ˚C.
