Directions

For the dough, we put all the ingredients in a bowl, and in the end, we slowly add water and we mix well. We let it rest for at least half an hour. For the filling, we cut the pumpkin into 4 or more pieces if it is large, we remove the seeds and smear it with olive oil. We put it in the oven and bake it at 180 degrees for about 50 minutes, checking with a fork. We let it cool for a little so that we can peel the pumpkin off and chop it. Then, together with the pumpkin, we place all the ingredients for the filling in a bowl and mix well. Finally, we open the dough and cut it into squared pieces. We put some of the filling in the middle and close them in the shape of an envelope. We smear it with egg, add some blond and black sesame seeds, and bake in the oven at 180 degrees for about 40 minutes.
