Directions

In the mixer with the hook tool, we put first the flour, the wheat bran, the sugar, and we mix. We dissolve the yeast in the milk and we put it in the mixture as well. We mix for 1 minute, we add the salt, and then we add our eggs one by one. We add the butter cubes and we mix until all the ingredients are homogenized. Then, we add flour and butter into cake pans and we put 350gr of the mixture on each pan. We let it rest in a warm place and we spread with the mixture of the milk and egg. In a preheated oven we bake for about 45 minutes at 1700C. We let the brioche cool and we bake the thin apple slices in the oven. We mix the porridge, we add the brioche slices and then we fry them with a little butter. In the end, we put them inside sugar and we serve them with a rose-shaped apple and a scoop of Vero Cereal oat ice cream with chocolate pieces.
