FOR THE MARMELADE

In a cooking pot we heat the juice and we add the sugar. Once it starts to boil, we continue stirring for 1 minute and the we remove from heat. We let the jam rest for at least 8 hours in the refrigerator. The next day we hit it in the multi and our jam is ready for use.

FOR THE BISCUITS

We mix all the ingredients together in a mixer. We let the dough rest overnight in the refrigerator. We shape the dough into equal parts by making an indentation in the center with our finger. We bake at 180°C for about 15 minutes. Once they get cooled, we place our jam in the recess of the cookies.

  • 200 gr sugar
  • 10 gr agar agar

  • 350 gr MILLS OF CRETE All Purpose Flour Fortified
  • 130 gr powdered sugar
  • 40 gr eggs yolks
  • 10 gr egg whites
  • 60 gr raw chopped almonds
  • 50 gr raw chopped hazels
  • 200 gr butter
