Directions

We melt the chocolate and the butter in benn marie. We mix the mixture of melted chocolate with sugar and eggs and we whip up at high speed for 5 minutes. Gradually we add the self rising flour at low speed then the salt, chili, cognac and cocoa. As soon as the materials are consolidated, we pour the mixture into a baking sheet and we bake for 15 minutes at 175 ° C in a preheated oven.
