Directions
We prepare the dough and we let it rest for about an hour. We prepare the filling mixing all the ingredients together. We open a big thin dough. With a small plate, we cut round pieces. We fill them and close well turning inside the corners. We bake at 180˚C.

- 150 gr MILLS OF CRETE All purpose flour
- 350 gr MILLS OF CRETE Hard flour
- 50 ml Extra Virgin Olive Oil Organic ABEA
- 300 ml water
- 1 pinch salt
- 2 spoons sugar
FOR THE FILLING
- 500 gr sweet pumpkin chopped in little pieces
- 3 spoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil Organic ABEA
- 80 gr raisins
- 80 gr pine
- 1.5 tsp cinnamon
- 2 spoons petimezi
- 6 spoons groat
- 4 spoons black sugar
