Wholewheat pies with sesame
For the first step, we add all the ingredients to a bowl and we leave them to rest for 10 minutes. For the second step, we add all the ingredients so as to get a thick batter. In a non-stick frying pan, we add olive oil and we turn them 1-2 times with the help of mariz while baking for about 5 minutes. They taste better when they are warm and we fill them with our favorite ingredients (like greek souvlaki).
