Directions

We knead all the ingredients together for the tortilla. We open in very thin phyllo about 1-2 mm and diameter about 12 cm. We fry in a little sunflower oil in our pan for a few seconds on each side. For the filling, we put our soy mince in water to moisturize. we cut our vegetables into pieces (tomatoes, garlic, pepper) and we sauté in a saucepan. We add the soy mince and then our pulp. We add the spices, salt and we add a little water if needed. We cover and bake for 15-20 minutes until it absorbs the liquids and binds with all the ingredients. In the end, we add our black beans, corn, and chili. We taste in salt and fill the tortillas like tacos.
