Directions

For the syrup, in a cooking pot, we put the water, sugar, lemon, and honey and we boil for 10 minutes and then we leave it to cool. When it’s ready, we add the mandarine essential oil. For the first stage of the dough, we boil the rice for about 20 minutes in a closed cooking pot, and then we add the mixture to the blender. For the second stage, we mix all the ingredients until they homogenize, and then we leave them to rest. We fry in sunflower oil at 180 degrees until they start to turn golden. We put them in a utensil with a paper towel and we let them for 2 minutes. We put them on a serving plate and we pour them with the syrup.
