Directions
In a cooking pot we heat the milk, spices and lemon and orange zest. We cover them with a film and let them for 15 minutes so as the aromas come out. In a bowl, we mix the eggs well with the sugar and then we add the milk, melted honey, the solid ingredients and we mix well to homogenize. We bake in a 14x7x7 cake mold in a preheated oven at 150°C for 30-40 minutes. We let it in the fridge for a day.

- 40 ml Vero Cretan Goat milk
- 10 gr baking powder

- 0.5 tsp cinammon
- 0.5 tsp nutmeg
- 0.5 tsp star anise
- 1 orange zest
- 1 lemon zest
