Directions
We mix the solid ingredients together. We do the same with the liquid ingredients and then we mix them to form a soft dough. We let the dough rest and we open it making a medium thickness sheet. With a cookie cutter, we form cookies and we bake them at 180˚C until they get a golden color.

- 160 gr Soft black sugar
- 200 ml Natural Orange Juice Creta Fresh
- 25 ml MILLS OF CRETE petimezi
- 65 gr melted butter
- 50 ml Extra Virgin Olive Oil Tsounato ABEA
- 2 tsp ginger powder
- 1 spoon grated fresh ginger
- 1 tsp cinammon
- 0.5 tsp salt
- 1.5 tsp soda
