Directions
We knead all the ingredients (except oil) together until it becomes a soft dough. Then we add the oil and we continue kneading. We divide the dough into two parts to make two coils. We make designs on the surface with a knife or fork. Bake in a moderate oven for about 45 minutes.

- 1 kg Wholegrain wheat bread mix MILLS OF CRETE or
- 1 kg Country Bread Mix MILLS OF CRETE
- 1 grated onion
- 80 γρ. Extra Virgin Olive Oil Tsounato ABEA
- 1 pinch pepper
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon and carnation
- 1 pinch nutmeg
- 0.5 litter water
- 1 teaspoon salt
- sesame or black sesame for the spreading
