Directions

In a bowl, we mix all the ingredients for the dough until it becomes elastic. We put it in cellophane and we leave it in the fridge for 15 minutes. In a pan we heat the oil and we cook the leek and the onion and then the pumpkin with the carrot until they wither. We add salt and pepper. In a bowl, we mix the cheese filling. We whip  the milk with the eggs and we add them to the filling. We roll out the tart dough with the rolling pin and we place it in a well-oiled tart form. We press it lightly with a fork. We add the tart filling and we bake in a well preheated oven in the air at 170 degrees Celsius for 35-40 minutes until the tart has a brown color.

  • 100 gr Strained Yoghurt VERO CRETAN
  • 1 egg
  • 2.5 gr salt

  • 1 chopped onions
  • 1 chopped leeks
  • 1 grated carrot
  • 60 gr Extra Virgin Olive Oil ABEA
  • 250 gr feta cheese
  • 60 gr Cow Milk VERO CRETAN
  • 60 gr chopped dill
  • 2 eggs
