Directions
We prepare the dough by kneading it well. Weput the dough in a well-buttered round form. We saute the butter with the onion until it is caramelized and then we add the prosciutto or the bacon and the freshly ground pepper and salt. We put the ingredients on the tart. In a bowl, we mix the cream, the eggs and the salt, we pour them on the onions and we add the grated mozzarella.We are at 180 degrees Celsius for about 45 minutes.
