CAROB TART WITH OAT DRINK CAROB HONEY AND COCOA CREAM
Directions
FOR THE TART
We mix all the ingredients together until they are homogenized. We open a dough sheet of 2 cm thickness, and we cut with a cooking ring and put it in the freezer to freeze. We bake in a preheated oven at 165°C for 15 minutes.
FOR THE CAROB CREAM
We put the oat drink in a pot and at the same time we mix sugar, eggs and corn flour in a bowl.
As soon as the oat drink boils, we put half of it in the bowl and mix well. We put it again into the cooking pot and we stir the whole mixture until it homogenizes. Once it is ready, we add the butter and mix. Then, we put the mixture in the baked tart and let it cool. We smear the surface with an egg and bake in a preheated oven at 170°C for about 30 minutes. Once it is ready, we let it in the fridge for at least 6 hours

- 40 gr eggs
- 100 gr sugar
- 110 gr butter

- 500 ml Vero Cereal Oat Drink Carob honey and cocoa
- 40 gr sugar
- 80 gr eggs
- 40 gr corn flour
- 60 gr butter
