Directions
For the dough, we mix all the ingredients in a bowl and let the dough rest for at least 1 hour. For the sauce, we saute the onion in a saucepan and then we add the tomato, basil, and a small quantity of water. We whisk the sauce and let it boil until thickened. For the composition, we cut the dough into approximately 250 grams, pour the sauce and filling, fold it into a crescent shape and bake it in a preheated oven at 250 degrees for 20 minutes.
