Directions
We preheat the oven to 220 degrees Celsius. We sift the self rising flour and then we mix it with the butter until they are very well mixed together. We add the salt and the sugar and then the milk with the yogurt and we stir until it becomes
a homogenized mixture. We let it rest for 10 minutes and we place the mixture on a well-floured surface. We roll the dough into a piece of approximately 2.5 cm and, with a glass or a round small form, we cut the dough vertically without twisting. We put non-stick paper on the baking dish and we place the trays. We spread them with milk and we sprinkle with flour. We bake for about 15 minutes until golden the buns brown and get a golden color. We let them cool down and we serve them with butter or with a very well-whipped cream (until butter) and jam of our choice.

- 40 gr butter
- 20 gr sugar
- 75 gr Strained yogurt VERO CRETAN
- 75 gr Cow milk VERO CRETAN
- 5 gr salt
