Directions
We mix the flour and the milk until we have a dough. After it cools, in the mixer we put the flour, the porridge, the sugar with the dry yeast where we have mixed, and the salt. We add slowly the warm milk. After it comes to room temperature, we add the egg and then we add slowly the butter and we knead for about 20 minutes. In a baking pan, we put flour and butter and we cut our dough into 3 pieces by creating 3 balls. We put them in the baking pan and we let them rest in a warm place. In a preheated oven, we bake at 1800C for 30 minutes.
