Directions
For the batter, we mix all the ingredients. Then we dip the vegetables of our choice in the mixture and we fry in ABEA olive oil at 180 degrees until they start to turn golden. For the yogurt dip, we mix all the ingredients in a bowl, and we serve.

- 20 gr baking powder
- 10 gr salt
- 20 gr soda in powder
- 600 gr cold soda

FOR YOGURT DIP
- 200 gr Vero Cretan Goat yogurt
- juice of half a lemon
- 40 gr ABEA Extra Virgin Olive Oil Koroneiki Variety
- Freshly chopped thyme
- 10 gr garlic puree
