Directions
We mix all the ingredients for the biscuit and put them in a pyrex 27×20 cm. We bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 15 minutes. We let it cool for a while. Then, we mix the flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl. Then, we beat the butter, sugar, and vanilla in the mixer. After they are homogenized, we pour the eggs one by one into the mixer and after they are absorbed, we alternately add the yogurt and the flour mixture. When the cookie is cooled, pour the mixture on top and put the pyrex in a deep baking pan filled with water. We bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 45 minutes.
