WHOLEWHEAT FLATBREAD WITH VEGETABLES AND GOAT CHEESE
Directions
In a bowl, mix the wholegrain wheat bread mix, sugar, salt, and baking powder. Add the yogurt and olive oil and knead for a few minutes to get a soft dough. Let it rest for 10 minutes. We divide our dough into 3 pieces and with the help of the rolling pin, on a lightly floured counter, open thin pies. For the composition, add the vegetables, starting with the grated tomato, which we spread on the surface of the flatbread. Cut the vegetables into thin slices and place them on the tomato. Add salt, pepper, and olive oil and bake in the oven at 200 degrees on the fan on a hot baking pan for 7 minutes until the flatbreads rise slightly. As soon as they are taken out of the oven, add with a spoon, goat cheese and mint leaves.

- 10 gr baking powder

- 3 gr salt
- 2 gr sugar

- 2 pcs grated tomato
- 1 piece red onion
- 1 piece red pepper
- 1 piece green pepper
- 1 zucchini
- 1 eggplant
- Vero Cretan goat cheese
- mint leaves
