Directions

We boil the cod in a lot of water and at the end we chop it. We put it in a deep dish, then we add the eggs, water, salt pepper, wheat bran, the remaining ingredients and finally the flour. We put the oil warm and, with a spoon, we add the mixture and we fry. Once they get color, we remove the croquettes and we serve them with garlic mash. For the garlic mash, we put all the ingredients in a bowl and the garlic chopped in small pieces and we mix.
