Directions
We hit the butter in the mixer until it dries. We add the eggs slowly. We lower the speed and we add the remaining materials. We bake on non-stick paper at 180C for 20-22 minutes. Once it is cooked and still warm, we cut into the shape we want.

- 180 gr butter
- 5 egg whites
- 200 gr sugar
- 100 gr Soft flour MILLS OF CRETE
- 100 gr white grated almond
- 1 piece of grated orange
- 4 drops Mandarin Essential Oil BIOXYM
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- one pinch of cinnamon and one pinch of clove
