We knead all the ingredients (except the oil) together until it becomes a soft dough. Then we add the oil, we continue
kneading and we let the dough rest. We divide the dough into balls and we roll out into buns. We cover and we let them expand. Before we place them at the oven, we draw around at the side. We bake in a medium oven for about 40 minutes. We let them cool on the plate and we put them in the oven at 80-100 degrees Celsius for about 2 hours until the nuts are cooked.

- 1 kg Wholegrain Wheat Bread MILLS OF CRETE
- 1 kg Country Bread Mix MILLS OF CRETE
- 1 grated onion
- 80 gr Extra Virgin Olive Oil Koroneiko ABEA
- 1 pinch pepper
- 5 gr cinnamon and carnation
- 1 pinch nutmeg
- 500 gr water
- 5 gr salt
- sesame and black sesame for the sprinkling
