Directions

We whip up the ingredients of the first mixture in the mixer or in hand, adding the fresh onion at the end so that it does not dissolve. We continue adding the b ‘mixture while stirring. We add the remaining 2 mixtures (c ‘and d’) sequentially out of the mixer by gently mixing with a flexible spatula. We bake in a preheated oven at 170 degrees Celsius for 45 minutes after having spread butter and flour in our baking pan or in our form before adding our final mixture. At the end of the baking process and after the “sweet cheese pie” has cooled down, we cut it into small squares and we sprinkle it with crystallized sugar.
