We put the flour in a bowl and we make a small hole in the center. We pour in the sugar, the olive oil and the water. We knead until it becomes a soft and elastic dough. We divide the dough into two balls, we cover them and we let them expand in volume. We press each ball with the rolling pin on a floured surface and we make two thick pies. We press them with our fingers at various points making deep rings all over the surface. We sprinkle with some water and we spread with sesame seeds.
We let them in a warm place. We bake the lambs at 200 degrees Celsius for 15-20 minutes.
