In a bowl, we grate the pumpkin and the onion, we add the chopped onions, the mint and we mix. We add margarine, the egg and the graviera cheese. We mix thoroughly and we add salt the pepper. Then we add as much breadcrumbs as we need (slowly) until the mixture is tightened. We shape the zucchini fritters and we flour them. We heat the olive oil in the pan and we dive the fritters. We fry for 2 minutes on each side. We drain them on absorbent paper.

- 0.5 leek
- 3 fresh chopped onions
- 40 gr mint
- 30 gr butter
- 1 whipped egg
- 40 gr Cretan graviera cheese
- 100 gr breadcrumbs
- salt and pepper
- Olive Oil Rafine ABEA for the frying
