Directions
In a bowl, mix all the ingredients so that we have a liquid mixture. We let it rest for a while. In a cooking pot, we saute the onion, pepper, and garlic. Then, we add the tomato, basil, and a small quantity of water and we cook until the sauce thickens. In a frying pan with olive oil, we put the donuts and fry them until they get a golden color. On a plate of our choice, we put the sauce and the donuts on top of the sauce.

- 500 gr MILLS OF CRETE Hard flour
 - 9 gr dry yeast
 - 6 gr salt
 - 20 gr honey
 - 500 gr water
 - 400 gr Vero Cretan Goat cheese
 - 300 gr grated graviera cheese
 - 115 gr chopped green peppers
 - 115 gr red chopped Florina's peppers
 FOR THE SAUCE
- chopped tomatoes
 - chopped dried onion
 - fresh chopped basil
 - melted garlic
 - 1 red chopped chili peppers
