Directions
We mix all the ingredients in a large bowl until it becomes a uniform mixture. In a non-stick pan, with a little butter, we put the pancakes for 2-3 minutes on each side on low heat.
For The Yoghurt Mousse: We mix all ingredients in a mixer at high speed for 2 minutes.

- 120 gr Cake and Mufiin Mix MILLS OF CRETE
- 20 gr sugar
- 1 egg
- 20 gr melted butter
- 170 gr Cow Milk VERO CRETAN
- 1 pinch vanilla and salt
- 12 drops red pastry color
FOR THE YOGURT MOUSSE
- 200 gr cream cheese
- 250 gr Strained Yogurt VERO CRETAN
- 100 gr Cow Milk VERO CRETAN

- 100 gr caster sugar
