Directions
We prepare the dough and then we let it rest. In a bowl, we mix all the filling ingredients. We open the dough in medium thickness and we cut it into 25x10cm strips. We put the filling on each strip, we close it and we turn the dough into a snail shape. We bake in a preheated oven.

CALCULATE PORTIONS:
- 500 gr MILLS OF CRETE Cretan pie flour
- 100 ml Extra Virgin Olive Oil P.D.O. Kolymvari ABEA
- 1.5 tsp baking powder
- 150 ml Fresh Orange juice Creta fresh
- water (as much as it needs)
- salt
- Sugar
FOR THE FILLING
- 120 gr black olives without the seed (or whatever you want)
- 1 big sliced onion
- Fresh sliced spearmint
- 5 spoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil ABEA
