Directions

For the dough, we homogenize all the ingredients with our hands and we make a watery dough. We leave it to rest for 30 minutes. Then we fold the dough in a cross shape. We leave it to rest for another 30 minutes, we repeat the folding, and we leave it to rest for another 30 minutes. With slightly wet hands we spread the dough in an oiled 45 x 35 cm pan. We leave it to rest for the last time. In the end, we add the salt, the olive oil, the cherry tomatoes, and the rosemary and we bake for 15-20 minutes at 190 degrees.
