Directions
Put all the ingredients together, except the butter, in a mixer with a hook. Mix for 7 minutes on medium speed and then add the butter. Continue mixing for 5 minutes, until a smooth dough is formed. Let the dough rest in a bowl until it doubles its size. Divide into 80 g balls. and leave let them rise in a pan. When they are ready, smear with egg and press in the center with the bottom of a glass. Bake in a preheated oven for 5 minutes at 170 C. Remove from the oven and place in the center, egg and bacon on top and bake another 8 minutes. When you take them out of the oven, add salt and pepper.
