Directions

We soak the yeast with water and sugar, leaving 10-12 minutes. In a mixer, we beat the flour with the salt, dropping the yeast mixture slowly. Then we add the eggs one by one and when the dough becomes uniform we put all the butter. We beat in middle
speed for 10-12 minutes to peel off the walls. We cut the dough into 120g bread rolls and we let it expand for about 45 minutes. We pour with egg, we sprinkle with sesame seeds and we bake at 180 ° C for 12-15 minutes.
