Directions

In a bowl, we sift the flour and the cocoa. We put the baking chocolate in the blender or we chop the chocolate eggs. We mix all the ingredients (except the hazelnuts) until they are homogenized. We put the mixture in a round form with a baking sheet. We sprinkle with hazelnuts and we bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 15 minutes.

  • 0.5 cup All Purpose Flour MILLS OF CRETE
  • 250 gr baking chocolate or chocolate eggs
  • 0.5 cup cocoa
  • 250 gr soft butter
  • 200 gr sugar
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 2 vanillas
  • 4 large eggs (room temperature)
  • 0.5 cup chopped hazelnuts
