Directions

We knead flour with the yoghurt, the melted margarine and the yeast for 3 minutes. We let the dough stand for 15 minutes. We soak the sweet trahana for 20 minutes in 2 glasses of water and finally we add the sugar and the cinnamon and we stir. We butter a medium baking pan, we put half the dough in and we spread it on the baking pan. We add the trahana and we cover with the rest of the dough. We bake at 200 degrees C for about 40 minutes.

  • 400 gr water
  • 500 gr sweet trahana
  • 200 gr Strained Yogurt VERO CRETAN
  • 250 gr margarine
  • 20 gr liquid yeast
  • 350 gr sugar
  • 2.5 gr grated cinnamon
