Directions

We whip up the butter with the margarine and the sugar well in the mixer. We add the eggs, the milk, the vanilla, the zest and the flour to the baking powder. We form our cookies in the shape we want, we spread with egg yolk and we bake at 190 C for about 25 minutes.

  • 120 gr Cow Milk VERO CRETAN

  • 15 gr baking powder
