WHOLE WHEAT BREAD WITH DICOCCUM WHEAT
We melt the yeast in lukewarm water and we add the flours and the salt. We mix them well until we have an elastic dough.
We let the dough rise for about 1 hour. We put olive oil in a baking form, we put the mixture and then we knead it again. We let it rise for about 30 minutes. We bake it in a preheated oven at 200˚C for about 30-35 minutes.
