Bread with raisins and walnuts

Directions
We mix the flours well with each other. We mix the water with the sugar and the walnut oil. We put the two blends mixtures in a bowl and we knead until an elastic dough is formed. We put the dough on a floured surface and we knead it for another 5 minutes. We roll it to a thick sheet and we sprinkle with walnuts and raisins. We roll it and knead it a little longer.
We cover and we leave it in a warm place for about 1 hour until it doubles. We bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees Celsius for about 1 hour.

- 200 gr Country Bread Mix MILLS OF CRETE
- 150 gr Wholegrain Wheat Bread MILLS OF CRETE
- 200 gr water
- 100 gr walnuts
- 50 gr raisins
- 2.5 gr brown sugar
- 5 gr walnut oil
