Bread with almonds and raisins
We dissolve the yeast in lukewarm water. We mix water, milk, sugar, salt and half of the olive oil. In a bowl, we mix the flour with the cinnamon and the nutmeg and we make a hole in the middle where we pour the liquids. We knead carefully and then, we add the almonds and the raisins. We continue kneading and then we add the rest of the olive oil until we have a malleable yeast. We make two breads and we let them rise. We spread them with milk and we bake at 180 degrees for 45 minutes.
