Cinnamon rolls with raisins
Directions
We pour the yeast into 150 g. of milk with a little bit of sugar and we leave it for 15 minutes to expand. We stir the flour with the salt, we put the
butter cut into pieces and we knead. We make a hole in the dough and we pour into the yeast mix, the remaining milk and egg. We knead until the dough does not stick to our hands. We make a ball and we put it in the fridge for 2 hours. We roll the dough with the rolling pin and we spread the whole surface with sugar, raisins and cinnamon. We create rolls with the dough and we cut into slices that we place in a baking dish. We cover with a towel and we leave it for about half an hour until the rolls are expanded. We bake at 190 degrees Celsius for about 30 minutes. We heat the honey and spread the outside, while sprinkling with caster sugar.
