Spicy bread sticks with Cretan graviera cheese, sun-dried tomatoes and paprika

Directions

In a large bowl, we put the flour (soft, hard, brioche), baking powder, sugar, thyme, salt and paprika. We make a hole in the middle and we pour all the liquid ingredients (olive oil, lemon juice, brandy and white wine). We start  kneading until the materials are joined together. Then we add the onion, garlic, sun-dried tomato and lastly the graviera cheese. We knead for 1-2 more minutes and we let it stand for 5 minutes. We create thin  sticks and we place them in a row in a baking dish with a baking sheet. We bake in a preheated oven at 220 ° C for 18-20 minutes
