In a bowl, we put all the ingredients for the dough and we mix until the dough becomes ductile and no longer sticks to the hands. On a floured surface, we roll the dough out with a rolling pin on a thick, oblong sheet (30-40 cm). We spread the dough with the sauce, we put the ham, cheese and pepper. We wrap it in a tight rope and with a sharp knife we cut it into slices. We put the slices on a baking dish with a baking sheet. We bake the pizza at 180 degrees Celsius for about 30 minutes.
