Directions

In the mixer bowl we pour all the ingredients, except the salt, we stir them with the feather until they become homogenized and then we pour the salt and we knead for another 5 minutes. The dough is ready when it does not stick to the mixer bin. We cover the dough with
a wet towel and we let it rest for 10 minutes. We throw the dough and we pour round tomatoes with a diameter of 15 points. We spray the baking pan with non-stick spray and we place the dough on them. We add the tomato sauce, we put some of the cheeses and we add the rest of the ingredients, covering them with a mixture of cheeses. We bake in a preheated oven at 180 ° C for 15 minutes.
